Roadmap Structure

The development roadmap for exo.fi is split into three distinct phases, alongside those utilities that are already completed and deployed/ready to deploy.

Phase 1: Minimum Viable Product

Consisting of all deliverables required for us to launch a product with base levels of functionality on our primary offerings/unique selling points.

Phase 2: Functional Enhancements

Features that are central to the long-term core offering, do not necessarily need to be ready for MVP launch.

Phase 3: Stretch Goals

Functionality that has a concrete place on the roadmap, but does not yet have an explicitly set-out position on the development timeline. This will be decided based on earlier phase progress.

Interdependencies

In practice, the development of certain features will likely run parallel, owing to interdependencies between the systems that power them; with some phase 2 features being built along phase 1, or phase 3 elements ahead of, or merged into, development of earlier functions, for example.

Additionally, while a utility may belong to a specific phase of development, it is also possible for there to be certain elements/features of that utility that are added during a later phase. The three-phase system should be considered indicative, with the roadmap to be updated as required.
