Randomized Launch Pre-Orders

Buyers can be given the option to set a purchase amount and maximum slippage in advance of launch - essentially filling the orderbook for the token before trading goes live. Upon launch, the pre-set buy orders are filled in a completely random order, with those orders where maximum slippage is exceeded being refunded.
